Hey loves and Happy New Year! I know this post is long over due but this has already been such a crazy year for my family and I! On Jan. 7th 2021 my husband Anthony's car was involved in a hit and run car accident where his car was totaled. Even though we had surveillance we weren't able to see the license plate number and the suspect got away. Thankfully our insurance payed off the car and gave us money to purchase a new one. By the grace of God we were able to purchase the same car make and model as the one that was totaled, just another color. My husband loved his car and was heartbroken, so it was only right to get his same car back. Shortly after the accident we decided to take a leap of faith and move to a new place. We had already been looking for places but wasn't sure if that was what we wanted to do. This was definitely the confirmation we needed. Having gone through something traumatic like that we knew where we were living wasn't safe for us and our family. So we decided to get a house! Previously we have only lived in apartments on busy streets. Our last place where the hit and run occurred had numerous accidents right by our apartment, so we knew it was time. Regardless of all the ups and downs we have already had this year, we remain grateful and hopeful for the future. I don't want people to look at what we have and think we are bragging. We have been through so much this past year that this is finally the light at the end of the tunnel. I want you all to take this as a testimony that just because you are down doesn't mean you will stay there. God is real and prayer is real. Sending love and light your way. God bless.
