With this being the holiday season I found it fitting to make a blog post about how my December went. For those of you who don’t know this is my favorite time of the year! From mine & my husbands birthdays to Thanksgiving to my sons birthday to Christmas to New Years, it’s just full of excitement! Even though this has been a whirlwind of a year between the drama of Covid to personal matters, I’m happy to say we made it!! I cannot wait to put this year behind me but so grateful and thankful for the new year and what’s to come. Now to touch on this being my favorite time of year, one of my all time favorite places to go is Las Vegas! I legit call it my 2nd home. I turned 21 there. My husband & I got married there and it just holds a special place in my heart. Well we went to celebrate my moms bday there and since it’s right around Christmas time all the decor was up & it was beautiful ❤️ It’s been a tradition for my husband & I to plan multiple vacations a year to Vegas with my parents. We always have so much fun & I love going with them. Don’t worry I vlogged the whole thing and it is up on my YouTube channel Dassahmariee! We have a lot in store for Vegas for the future so stay tuned for the upcoming news on that! Now for Christmas this year we spent Christmas Day with my parents back home instead of Christmas Eve like we usually do every year and I actually liked it that way so much better. We had a great time. It was very peaceful and care free. Besides my husband & kids my parents are legit my best friends. We had so much fun dancing and listening to music while opening gifts. The kids got everything they asked for, which warms my heart. I’m looking forward to new traditions this next upcoming year.
